| What is happening with Devon Artsculture? |

As you may well be aware from previous communications, there are proposals that have been put to the original project partners: Devon County Council, Dartington Plus and Beaford Arts, for the continuation of Devon Artsculture, albeit in a modified form. There are intellectual property considerations that need to be resolved before a definite announcement can be made.

A slow-burning news story angle suggested and warmed-up by Devon Artculture has delivered the goods - eventually!! The reason for the long lead-in: the life-cycle of silkworms and mulberry trees, but the pieces dropped into place and Jane Deane and her home-grown silkworms have been featured on BBC Spotlight, BBC Radio Devon, the Times Online, the Western Morning News and will feature in a magazine!!

Devon Artsculture are working with Born Hectic Events (SW Busking Competition, Port Eliot Lit Fest, Totnes and Dartmouth Xmas Markets), Jelly Jazz and many others to put on a dazzling day of dance!
